Section 163
International cooperation and relations
(1) Insurance policy, insurance supervision and regulation, insurance risk assessment within the jurisdiction of the authority; Will represent Nepal in international organizations regarding insurance claims, reinsurance, monitoring and other related issues.
(2) The Authority may provide services related to insurance supervision and regulation to foreign governments, foreign insurance regulatory bodies and international organizations and may also receive similar facilities from them.
(3) The authority will cooperate with international organizations working to achieve financial and economic stability through international insurance regulation and expand relations.
(4) The authority, as a representative of Nepal, will take responsibility for the tasks to be carried out and completed on behalf of its country while participating in international organizations related to insurance.
